防災撤離演習

今天早上有我所在的大樓的防災撤離演練
警鈴大響之後
全棟的人員必須馬上走樓梯撤離
這一棟是十層樓的大樓
我的辦公室位在九樓
演習完後我們收到系主任秘書的來信:

Well, we just had our first Evacuation Drill of the semester, and it appears that we received about a “C-“ (at best). I was told that we were VERY slow exiting the building – it took about 7-8 minutes for everyone to get out. It was also noted some people took the elevators, which is a big NO-NO!

簡單的說就是我們表現的很差
被評審委員提出兩項重大缺失
1.撤離速度太慢
2.有人竟然用電梯

關於這兩點真的是很冤枉呀
第一點其實我們使用的樓梯被一個老杯杯
用緩慢地下樓梯速度給整個塞住了
至少有二三十個人完全被他擋住
我的建議是把他的實驗室從五樓移到一樓
這樣就五樓以上的人就安全了

第二點我有看到兇手
是印度來的一群菜比巴
正所謂菜不是該死而是罪該萬死
